Here are a few options for financial aid that may be available to you.
Financial Aid for the Dislocated, Underemployed, Unemployed or Laid-off
Have you been unemployed for an extended period because your industry downsized and never quite picked back up?
Are you recently divorced or a single parent and tired of being dependent on others for income?
Georgia residents who meet income and employment requirements may be eligible to participate in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program of their respective county and receive a grant to pursue occupational training. This may be the opportunity you need to turn your life around. Your tax dollars have already paid for you to get training on a new career path... all you have to do is fill out an application.
Don't assume you wouldn't qualify; you might be surprised - see your respective county's social services coordinator for details or contact us and we will assist as best we can.
Financial Aid for Self-Paying Students
Financial assistance in the form of loans is available through IBM Credit Union. All student candidates considering to complete their certification training at ATG Learning can apply for tuition loans of $500 to $12,500. Over 15 years of partnership, ATG Learning and IBM Credit Union have helped student candidates with a variety of financial aid and benefits. Call us and we can get you started.
Employer-Sponsored Training
Your training may have already been paid for! If your organization has purchased a volume licensing agreement from Microsoft, you may be eligible for FREE training on select Microsoft courses by using Software Assurance Training Vouchers or SATVs.
Microsoft Software Assurance
SATVs give your organization free access to in-depth technical classroom training that can help IT professionals and developers deploy, manage, and support your organization's infrastructure. You are likely already qualified for SATVs if your organization purchased a volume licensing agreement from Microsoft. Your IT purchasing manager would know more concerning whether your organization is an eligible participant.
